The house appears, your cat moves in and the wheel starts. Mint again from the same wallet and it reaches the same house, so the payment comes back.

How the contract works

A TEP-85 soulbound token, adapted from Getgems’ audited sbt-item contract.

Each house’s number is your wallet address’s hash: one wallet, one house.

The house keeps 0.03 for its own storage rent; the rest of the mint stays in the collection until its owner withdraws it.

An editor wallet run by the backend can change a house’s picture and name, and nothing else. That’s how it updates when a new cat moves in.
